Race for Life 2016 comes to Cheshire
Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life is a series of women-only events raising money for research into all 200 types of cancer.
There is a variety of events on offer, from 5k and 10k runs to “Pretty Muddy” events.
The 5k is an achievable distance for all ages and abilities. Participants can walk, jog or charge their way around the course.
Meanwhile, the 10k is twice the distance, offering twice the fight. It’s a great distance to try for those who want to push themselves that little bit further.
Pretty Muddy offers the chance to fight dirty. It’s unlike any other fundraising event - a 5km muddy obstacle course where women of any ability can climb, jog and walk around the course.
Events in Cheshire include:
- Delamere Forest (5k/10k) Sunday 15th May 2016
- Tatton Park (5k/10k/Pretty Muddy) Saturday 25th/Sunday 26th June 2016
- Chester Racecourse (5k) Sunday 17th July 2016
Ladies, choose your mission! It’s time to lace up your trainers and then walk, jog or charge your way around Race for Life 2016.
