New homes now on sale in Wilmslow
An exclusive development of bespoke designed homes has just launched in Cheshire’s ‘golden triangle’.
Niche developer Elan Homes has released selected properties at The Larches in Wilmslow ‘off plan’.
Featuring 10 private sale homes, the scheme has been attracting interest from prospective purchasers since plans to transform the former Ned Yates garden centre site were announced.
Sales director Marie Morris said: “Wilmslow is well recognised as a property hotspot not just in the North West but nationwide.
“Ideally situated in Cheshire’s ‘golden triangle’ with shops, café bars, restaurants and a choice of top performing schools, it’s a highly desirable neighbourhood where people aspire to live.”
Buyers will be able to choose between three styles of detached properties.
The 'Hazelmere’ is a generous four-bedroom home with the option of creating a fifth bedroom or study on the galleried landing.
The 'Wilmslow’ and ‘Grasmere’ are both five-bedroom designs. Each boasts two en-suites, with the Grasmere’s master bedroom also benefitting from a dressing room.
Current prices are from £829,995 for a Grasmere style property.
Ned Yates garden centre previously occupied the site on Moor Lane and ceased trading in April 2014. The developers are keen to point out that the new homes will see the land brought back into good use.
Along with the 10 substantial detached homes, The Larches will also feature four affordable bungalows.
